With the VNTANA integration, you can seamlessly access and download 3D models directly from your VNTANA model library. This feature streamlines your workflow by providing quick access to high-quality, optimized assets without leaving the editor. Whether you're assembling a presentation or building an architectural walkthrough this integration ensures your models are ready to use, saving you time and effort.
This guide will walk you through connecting your VNTANA account, browsing your library, and importing models into JoinXR.
Note: Your organization must have VNTANA integration enabled to use this feature. Please get in touch to discuss activation
How to use VNTANA with JoinXR
1. Open the JoinXR Desktop App and enter Edit mode
2. Create or Open a document
3. Go to Add ->VNTANA Model
4. You will then be prompted to log in
There are two ways to Login
- Email and Password - If you use email and password to log into the VNTANA website then you can use that here
- Authentication Key - If you have used different identity provider like Google or Microsoft to log into the VNTANA website then you must use an Authentication Key to login. You can generate one in your VNTANA Profile.
Tick "Remember Me" so the next time you open this window you won't need to login.
5. Once login complete you need to select your Organization and Workspace in the dropdowns at the top of the window. If you only have one organization and one workspace these will be selected for you.
6. With your models listed you can choose one and click "Select"
7. At this point it is the same as adding a local model to your document.
