For your headsets to run JoinXR at your trade show, you will need to connect to them to the WIFI network running on your router.
- Connect Meta Quest Devices to WiFi
- Connect HoloLens 2 Devices to WiFi
You will only need to do this once, when you setup for the event.
Note: If you have previously connected your headsets to any other mobile hotspots (from laptops or Phones) it is a good idea to set all your headsets to forget these other networks. (Sometimes devices can automatically connect to preexisting networks and these are likely to be suboptimal).
