WiFi signal at your trade show is important to ensure a cohesive experience for your visitors.
Recommended Setup
Our recommended setup at busy trade shows is:
- A hard-wire internet line to your booth
- 5Mbps line speed (up to 3 users)
- 10Mbps line speed (up to 10 users)
- Dedicated WiFi router on the hard line, serving the headsets
Sticking to the setup above will ensure a smooth experience. If you are unable to meet these requirements above, JoinXR's performance will degrade gracefully, often remaining usable on the shared conference WiFi, or even 4G/5G hotspot connections.
However, the quality of these shared or mobile network connections can go up and down dramatically in busy conditions and can cause disonnections without notice.
